1. Warranty Coverage

All wheelchairs sold by PROMOCHAIR are covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

2. What Is Covered

  • Frame and structural defects

  • Manufacturing faults in mechanical components

  • Electrical components (if applicable), excluding normal wear items

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Improper maintenance or storage

  • Consumable parts (such as batteries, tires, cushions, grips, or accessories), unless defective on arrival

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Warranty Resolution

If approved, PROMOCHAIR may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the defective part or product

  • Offer a full or partial refund

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Shipping costs are covered for approved manufacturing defects

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping if the claim is not approved

7. Legal Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
